Indigenous youth advocacy matters! Join the Indigenous Youth Advocacy Week to meaningfully participate in designing solutions. Voice your ideas, visions, and priorities directly to government leaders and policymakers.
Be a part of CRE’s Indigenous Youth Advocacy Week this April 20 to June 1. Non-consecutive days. For young Indigenous movers and shakers between the ages 18-29 from coast to coast to coast. No previous experience in advocacy work is required. Offered online.
Eligibility criteria:
- Identify as Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, and/or Inuk)
- Age 18-29 at the time of the program
- Available for 3-4 capacity-building sessions Wednesday evenings (EST) between April 20, 2022 – May 12, 2022 (specific times will be confirmed closer to the event).
- Available for the Advocacy Week at various times between May 16–26, 2022 (specific times will be confirmed closer to the event)
- Available for a closing engagement Wednesday, June 1st in the evening (EST)
