The Onkwehon:we Festival will focus on current Haudenosaunee – People of the Longhouse, performances and workshops in both contemporary and traditional forms. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in unique and vibrant traditions that have been practiced for generations. Performances and events will be multi-disciplined and of the highest calibre featuring storytelling, dance, music, theatre, visual arts, film, and workshops. In addition to this, there will be a smoke dance contest on Sunday, June 30th.

The festival is to provide a space for Haudenosaunee artists and other Indigenous nations from across Turtle Island to showcase their artistic gifts and to celebrate and to celebrate and share with audiences. Join us for a day of family fun, food, vendors, and outstanding performances.
