Winnipeg, MB – The Second Annual Gizhe Waa Ti-Sii-Win Service Delivery Expo takes place on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 10am-3pm at 324 Logan Avenue in Winnipeg. The Expo offers access to many services under one roof for FREE, welcoming anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
More than 30 local service providers are coming together to offer essential and dignity-enhancing services including hair, foot and dental care, pet services, financial services, income tax, ID and housing applications, BBQ, care packs and more. Some services require ID and others can only serve limited numbers of individuals. All services are provided free of charge.
Gizhe Waa Ti-Sii-Win is made possible thanks to the efforts of volunteers and partnering community organizations, as well as the generosity of sponsors including Assiniboine Credit Union, Canad Inns, Qualico, Canada Life, Hockey Helps the Homeless, CP Loewen Foundation, and the Winnipeg Foundation.
