Sky’s the limit with young talent

Sky’s the limit with young talent

Toronto, ON September 12, 2016- Limitation is a foreign language for this Cree from Toronto. Tavion Quest is on his way to Italy to perfect his art, his hard work and dedication has no limitations. A young determined 12 year old from Toronto has started a fundraising campaign on Gofundme.com.

Tavion Quest is trying to raise funds for an opportunity of a life time. This young talented soccer  player has been invited to Perugia Italy to take part in the Paolo Rossi Academy September 26, 2016. “I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday” He is asking for people to come forward and support him by sharing and donating on his Gofundme.com campaign page. You can find him under “Tavion Quest Soccer Journey to Italy”.

Hello Everyone! My name is Tavion Quest and I am 12 years old. I currently play U13 Rep for the York Jets. I started playing for the York Jet Hose League team at the age of 10 and have continued on to the Rep level. In the beginning of my soccer journey I was playing for something to do over the summer but after the second game I was HOOKED! Now I play winter and summer at a competitive level and LOVE every bit of it. My position is striker and occasionally play defense (depending on who we are facing).

In August I went to a soccer camp and there were two coaches from Italy. At the end of the week they invited a hand full of us to attend there Academy in Italy. The academy is called Paolo Rossi Academy in Perugia Italy. I was one of the youngest to be picked out of my group of peers.

The cost of this trip is $5000.00 for myself and my mom to accompany me (my mom thinks I’m too young to travel by myself. Even though I’m almost taller then she is). This price will include flight, meals, and accommodations. We leave September 25, 2016 short notice I realize that this is which is why I am asking for my family and friends for their support.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read this letter, for their support and for giving me the chance to show Italy what this Torontonian can do.
